i really want a laptop.
here's the main things i want in said laptop:

*not touch screen!
*at least 4gb ram
*at least 500gb hard drive space

less than $500 lol

I have 8.1 lol I like it.
The only dislike I HAD was you had to swipe down the right side to expose a menu, THEN click on settings THEN click Shut-off/Restart to turn the laptop off.
They JUST updated that this last weekend and placed a power button IN the Start Menu where the "APPS" are stored

MINE's an Hp I got it at Walmart about this time a year ago for 273.00 I don't recall the specs right now but I love it.

Mine's a refurbished Acer, its got 500 HDD, more than 400 GB memory. Also Acer doesnt requier you have the disk to reinstall windows. Its been a good machine, better if I took care of it/knew exactly how

i have looked at that Asus though, and a HP with the same specs

You disappoint me, CeCil. How long have we known each other, and you know that I'm a tech guy? I could have hooked you up a long time ago with a Windows 7 downgrade. Same specs on the computer you want and everything.

I have a surface and all my computers now run it. It is decent. They recently provided an update that make the new system more like the old one.
