Well, when I got it from Play.com a few months back, on my DVD playerit would play fine for a couple of episodes and then would just break down and skip over doing an entire episode in a matter of seconds. Cleaning the disc had no effect and in other players it wouldn't even recognize the disc.

So I sent it back and got a replacement, and when that turned up it had exactly the same problem (Even starting to play up in the same spot) so I have been once bitten, twice shy. I sent that back and got my money back. I fiured that it couldn't have been a dodgy batch sent out to Play.com, but have been too cautious to go and buy it somewhere else where I would get store credit instead of my money back!......

I might try someone like amazon or hmv, but if thats what happening, so i would try getting it from another company.

I take it you mean the HMV website, as the stores no longer give refunds!......

HMV sucks

but I got my copy of the Rambaldi box set for 155 bucks - thats used. I was going to Order it through a speciality store but they wanted it for 250+ so I was like - screw it. Im saving the extra 100+. So I ended up cancelling the order after I bought the box set for 155+. It was worth it!!!
