The idea that the title "Czar" is anti-semitic is so absurd, I'm almost sure Thor Odinson was being facetious. There may have been Czars that hated the Jewish people in the past, but the word "czar" is just a word for "king" that the government uses on certain federal oversight positions, like the "drug czar."
