So was it confirmed there was a total of three endings? If so, we already know what they are; two were a part of the workprint and the article talks about a third DP one.

There is no details about Deadpools ending, the guy just says one of the ending features Deadpool. It will probably be a scene like in Hulk vs Wolverine where he emerges from the rubble at the end. Or if you wanna be optimistic maybe him in costume? Doubt that though.

It makes financial sense for them to do it this way, they are in the business of making money. But for us, it is pretty crap. If I get the Stryker ending I will go off my ****ing nut!!! They should just completely cut the Stryker ending, it has no purpose. Stryker has no fans, we know he survives, so why bother showing it?

If it's true about the multiple endings, and if there's a Gambit ending, I do hope when I go to the cinema I'll get that one. But I have incredible bad luck, so it'll probably no happen...

Same. I could see one filmed for Deadpool if for no other reason than the reaction he got when the workprint was leaked.

Why do you doubt it? This is a clear sign that he is being set up for his own film. And there is numerous articles saying that as long as Wolverine doesn't bomb, a Deadpool solo will be green lit.

As far as I'm aware theres nothing saying a DP solo will be greenlit. There are however a lot of places saying FOX is considering it. Movies are a big investment; they won't move on it unless they think they're guarenteed a profit.

I don't see Deadpool garnering that kind of attention from the mainstream audience if only because how he was butchered in the film. To your typical movie-goer he's just your average witty action hero. Nothing like the Deadpool you love in the comics.

Gambit will probably catch the audience's attention more since he was translated better, but there simply isn't the support for Gambit's character in the studio or Marvel for there to be a push for more Gambit. Best case scenario he gets shoe-horned in as the token badboy in a teenie-bopper first class.

Well even before this film was ever announced there was talk of a Deadpool film with Reynolds in the lead. Since before Blade Trinity in fact.

It's pretty obvious Fox have just thrown his origin in a more financially viable characters film so they can judge his popularity and kick on with his own film. And going by the scene in my avvy alone, I reckon he will be popular. Every person I've spoke to who has seen the leak has asked me about him.

Well I think Gambit has been thrown in this to both please the fans who wanted him in the other films and to open possibilities for him to appear in future X-Men films.

And if there is a Deadpool film I don't think even Fox are deluded enough to think a mute can carry a film.

i have had a thought about the deadpool ending what if the 'wade/deadpool' we see that fights logan is a clone of the real wade and when the facility is destroyed he is freed or something like that anybody got any other theory's? on any of the endings?

Na I reckon he is killed as Weapon XI and comes back to life as Deadpool. Something similar to that happened in the comics. He had his heart ripped out as the experimented on Wade Wilson, then he came back to life and took the name Deadpool.

Remember when this was a rumor with X3? People claimed to have seen different scenes after the credits. Some said they get Logan and the bartender, and some the grave of Jean opened...

yeh but i think that fox is in a bad enough situation the last thing they want is the fans that are willing to give this a chance to turn their backs on them i think that the endings will be there but i dont know other than the logan one what to expect

Man, the Deadpool thread will go crazy with the news of the Deadpool ending. Total chaos. .

And to everyone who is complaining about having to go multiple times for 15 seconds of film, that is ridiculous. Okay maybe not ridiculous but think about it, there are hidden endings to different movies all over Youtube and the web. You don't have to pay your hard-earned money to see all the endngs. I'm sure that the endings will be posted some where on the web. I rather like this idea and am looking forward to seeing the multiple endings (by that I mean the Deadpool ending t:.) I know I'd rather have multiple endings for different characters than not, except if all the endings are completly pointless, like the Stryker ending which everyone is saying is pointless. But to each their own I guess.

If it doesn't feature a hand coming out of the rubble, I will be severely disappointed.

All this multiple ending business is giving me serious deja vu

personally i think for the deadpool ending to work it will have to be more than a hand his mouth was sealed and his head chopped off so they will have to atleast open his mouth or it will be a film with a mute deadpool and considering he is known as the merc with the mouth

Yeah, I think alot of the cameos in this movie were to set up for sequels (Wade, Gambit, Cyclops, Emma, etc...). The only who was there for no reason was Blob & the electricity guy (Why did Fox call him Beak, if he was a real character from the comics who was Maverick's sidekick or something?).
