Can you share a menu item with us?

None of my menu items have been finalized, I'm still talking with distributor reps about availabilities and making cost adjustments. I probably wont have a working menu for at least a month. One idea I have is a Kangaroo eye fillet with a Wattleseed farce. The Wattleseeds will bring out the sweetness of the roo, a Jus with a bush tomato influence would broaden the pallet coupled with some fresh greens.

Congrats Avan! Hope you don't season anything with any of your "special" spices.

I'm going to push for some LCD screens to be put up out the front and inside with menu items scrolling. If this website is a go I'll have pics of both the place and a number of my dishes.
