No down or upside, just saying AMC has already bought a ****load of chains here as it is.

That's business though. If it was a bad chain I'd agree but it's a strong company that knows what it's doing, consistently delivers, and is expanding that level of quality elsewhere. And just realized I sound like a spokesman for them, don't work for AMC just see their delivery as always quality.

I'm glad they bought Carmike. The way they treat the employees... awful.
