I doubt it'll ever be as good as it can be, especially after this protracted writers' strike just confirms for all the networks that Americans are pathetic sheep who'll watch utterly useless reality **** like The Bachelorette in far greater numbers that they'll watch genuinely good scripted television like Battlestar Galactica.
