Here is the full 10 min video. Not sure if I'm allowed to embed it so here is a link to youtube: **link removed due to excessive cursing**
This **** finally happened in my state. I'm beyond enraged. I'm sick of murdering racist COWARD so called cops. I'm sick of their racist defenders all over the net. I'm especially sick of the system giving these MF paid holidays and getting them off. Enough is enough and black people need to do whatever is necessary to defend their lives. They have GOD given right to defend their body and soul. Is clear the cops of this country and the system isn't out to protect them.

This is a new separate case so MODS don't delete this thread.

Here's the kicker. The victim had a gun license and following orders to show ID. Then he gets shot four times.

I thought following police orders won't get you killed?

I am sure the NRA care a lot...

So many cops seem to have no self-control. There is no indication this man did anything wrong and the cop is clearly losing his ****.

The problem with lots of cops is it's a profession that can attract the precise people that shouldn't have any authority, never mind the ability to legally possess a firearm.

problem is alot of these cops shouldn't be cops and constantly live in fear on the streets and they shoot out of fear

so many cops shouldn't be cops

My question is what are cops in America so afraid of that cops in other countries aren't?

Higher standards for cops are needed.

was'nt there a report years ago that denied a man to be a cop because his intelligence test scores were too high lol

With all these incidents it seems like law enforcement should take a serious look at who they are recruiting.

They should also look at what kind of training they are giving police officers. Are they train officers how to read, manage and deescalate a situation correctly?

A lot of these situations seem to be made worst by law enforcement because they come in running, yelling or overly aggressive which might put any potential suspect on edge. I understand they might be scared or cautious of a potential threat a suspect may pose but if you don't remain clear headed in these situations you can make things worst.

Whatever happened to calm common sense policing in which police would approach a suspect with a level cool head and try to take command of a situation that way?

So let me get this straight, assuming details are true.

He had a valid gun permit. Had a valid carry and conceal license. Told the cop he had both things. Went to get his license which the cop told him to do. Gets shot anyway.

I guess it must have been his fault for having a broken tail light.

What's going to be the excuse this time from people

That's on tv.

Do cops need to have a psych evaluation/test before getting their badges? Or do they just take a standard multiple choice test about cop stuff?

I ask because a psych test clearly needs to be established, and if there already is one, it needs to be more advanced / more in-depth.

It seems like racist and sexist tendencies could easily be caught through simple questions that have subliminal tricks hiding in there.

It probably depends on the department. I know my brother had a fairly extensive background check when he was going to be hired, as in they actually called me and asked about him. I can easily some areas not doing that.

Edit: Wrong thread.

In this case, the cop knew he fu**ed up!

If everything you said was true then the officer needs to pay with his life. In an honest world at least.

Most are afraid of getting killed themselves. What happened to cops being impartial, instead all cops seem to be big a--holes simply because they are in a higher position of authority & get to hide behind a badge compared to the normal everyday citizens. Yes it takes a--holes to deal with other a--holes on a daily basis but many also lack the temperament & composure for the job and all those frustrations come out in the line of duty.

Um, what? Cops are like this EVERYWHERE. In my home country cops are known for killing poor people, many of which now live underground because they don't feel safe. This isn't an American thing at all. I'd say in terms of how cops are in some other countries and considering that's where I would have had to survive, I feel more waaaaaaay more lucky to live in America where I don't have to live with cop death squads shooting at me for being a street kid. Yeah, crap happens here in America but in some other countries this isn't a in the news type of story, it's a mass part of everyday life - so common it wouldn't be a news story.

I feel like dealing with the cops is like dealing with Pinky from Next Friday.

Cops shoot white people too it just doesn't get the coverage it does when they shoot a black man. Cops in general are far more militarized and out of control than ever before but and it is finally getting to a boiling point. Unfortunately that boiling point is how they are constantly killing black men.

Cops complain that people are turning against them and then go on to speak of an "Us vs Them" mentality and cops are the ones who created that. That black men get murdered by cops is a higher percentage is not in doubt but it should not be forgotten that cops are legally able to shoot and kill anyone and get away with it.

There is no "war against the police" except the ones they built into their minds and are creating right now by repeatedly shooting people, especially black men who have otherwise been subdued or are completely innocent of having done anything.

This guy was shot for a broken tail light. We don't know what happened from the time he was pulled over to the time the cops shot and killed him but a body cam recording the incident could greatly clear up any claims by either the cops themselves (typically misrepresenting to outright lying over what happened) or the woman who was sitting next to him that might have seen things differently.

It is hard to stay impartial when you see the police regularly kill people and then fail to get charged with anything but this is another case where what really happened is not clear yet. Except that this man did not have to die, like most of the other recent incidents of police overreaction.

I watched that video and as black male .. Hell!as a rational human... I am Unbelievably shocked by it! Damn!

This is just unbelievable. The US police system is a disgrace to the principles of what law enforcement is meant to stand for. MFs running around shooting and killing people like it's the wild west. These "officers" need to pay dearly for these sickening crimes. I hope they rot in hell.
