He's a big Dr. Seus fan.

Batmans says he buys Playboy for the articles, but I don't believe him.

I'd imagine Bats would be a reader of various technical manuals. I bet there is some A.C. Doyle on the Bat-bookshelf, probably some Nietzsche, definitly 'The Art of War'. I could see the young Bruce reading The Hardy Boys. I remember a graphic novel, I believe it was one of the Legends of the Dark Knight Halloween Special, where Bruce's mother read him 'Though the Looking Glass' on the night of thier murder, later Bruce reads it.

I bet he would read alot of Sherlock Holmes book, being a detective himself and all...

Isaac Asimov
Edgar Allan Poe
Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
Ayn Rand
Brian H. Kaye
Dorling Kindersley
Tom Wilkie
Malcolm Gladwell
Steven Johnson
Mark Kurlansky
Kurt Vonnegut

Bats is alot like Chuck Norris, he doesn´t read books, he just stares them down untill they give him the information he wants...
