I'm trying install this stupid game on my new laptop but I can't find the ****ing case with the serial number deal on it. My friend had this key generator thing that she used for pretty much the same problem. Anybody got one?

Actually they DO issue new codes if you can provide photographic proof of your ownership and granting you have the time to sit and wait for their ridiculously slow customer service response...
