anyone else having problems?

i just got a new update for my xbox 360, however, now that I've updated it to this new look (which i hate, by the way) it now won't let me sign into my silver membership profile.... i've checked my LIVE connection, and it connects perfectly, so i have no idea what the problem is here

is anyone else running into this problem?

go to xbox.com and sign in with your log in, then accept the terms of use. Restart your xbox, then profit

Im not a fan of it at the moment but itll grow. Although it has issues, it never signs me in to xbox live. You have to reinstall all the apps which is just stupid and annoying.

Yeah, some people are getting error codes and not being able to sign in. They are aware of it and they are working on it, or so says Major Nelson's twitter.

Mine updated fine and I used Netflix some and downloaded a game trail. But after I left the trial for some reason it signed me out and I got error codes when signing back in. Silly updates always break things right away.

If they gave me the option to turn off the music/video menu items it'd be awesome coz the 360 was designed to prevent me from using those features. And by that I mean I can't transfer music/videos to my system from a USB drive. Right now the only thing I like about it is the quickplay square.

I got an error code after installing it too so I shut off my system and booted it back up. I had to download the update a second time, then connect to XBL manually and accept a new TOS before everything was back to normal.

i went to xbox.com, but i cant find the place to accept the terms of use... when i was on my xbox, it asked me to accept the terms of use again, and I did...

update: okay, it's working now... thats weird... really weird

I'm having a problem with getting Netflix to download.

Status Code: 80150101


I've checked the xbox live service status site and is says Netflix is "Up and running".

Ever since the new dashboard (which I also loathe) I have not been able to stream movies on Netflix. I have uninstalled and re-installed and still get nothing but a frozen still picture.

Well the new dashboard IS ******ed and it is the reason for this hiccup with Netflix. So to loathe it IMO is pretty reasonable.

Whaaaaattt?? The new dashboard is boss. Best one so far IMO. Except the Netflix interface, that s**t is disgusting. They should go back to the way it was but keep the ability to choose another episode while you're watching one already.

Netflix works for me perfectly,However obviously some people are being left in the cold and the feature should work for EVERYONE,So I sure hope MS gives a patch update or something!!!

lol, new debacle with the xbox 360 slim:

I love the game Star Wars Battlefront 2, however, for quite a while now, i've been getting "unrecognized disc", and the status code "03-57-00".

I tried cleaning the disc, and even getting it buffed up at a video game place; didn't work.
tried using the Clean Dr for Xbox Laser Lens Cleaner; didn't work.
tried other games, both regular Xbox and 360 games, and they work fine; SWBF2 still doesnt.
i have an older 360, and tried the laser lens cleaner on it, and it worked fine on that; not for the 360 slim.
now, it's acting like it's having a temper tantrum, and only plays it when it wants to...

now, i'm not a tech-savy person when it comes to laser lenses and whatnot, so I'm very confused by all of this... has anyone else run into this kind of problem before with other games, and if so, what did you do to fix this?
