Yeah, they digitally edited out the art-deco statue on top of the roof and added the Wayne Enterprises logo. And of course the monorail station was constructed in front of it.

I believe they left the statue on the top of the building in for TDK, since the overhead shot from all the trailers (at 0:42 in the first trailer and 0:20 in the second) shows it clearly.
