Anyone know how much Green Lantern/Green Arrow #76 is?

Comicspriceguide.com has it as $1200 for a NM one and Wizard magazine has it as $260. This guy thinks its $500 for a VF- and he's going by overstreet and comicspriceguide.com. Anyone know how much it is really?

Wizard has it waaaaaaay too low. VF and NM copies of this book have been going for over $400-$500 for sometime now. I have a couple of copies in different grades myself. I think the CPG price is way too high, too, though.
