It`s almost like a Missing Persons Investigation.

There’s a likelihood banned members returned under a different alias. Their chances are reduced if they were given an IP ban, but even then they could return from a different location.

At the time (this was over 10 years ago) I had two accounts because I used one briefly, didn't come here for a while then re-registered because I forgot all my credentials. Then after the banning (in the Smallville forums) I recovered this account to complain. It didn't go anywhere, but yes here I am.
