Applebee's under scrutiny for mixing up toddler's apple juice with margarita mix

Second time this happen, forgot where the other one happen

I remember this happening a few years ago; I'm pretty sure it was an Applebee's in NYC and they served a Long Island Iced Tea to a young child. Both cases sound very suspicious to me.
