World Are Transformers superheroes?

Just wondering if you think they are. I'm not convinced.

If they are, how do they qualify as superheroes?

i would say yes they are. their super power would be the ability to transform. they are aliens that are extremely powerful, especially compared to humans, who they in turn help. its kind of like superman. he's an alien who has abilities that humans do not possess and helps protect. although, transformers, in large part are causing a ton of destruction because they do so much fighting. however, with that said, i think they have been portrayed more as superheroes in transformers animated the most.
