Artwork done for me by Robert Quill

He's mostly a gag character/parody/caricature, so he's not really supposed to look threatening. "LEAST threatening guy EVER!" is kind of the idea, it's part of the humor. I'm sorry if my humor fails to amuse you. :csad: But I'm glad you like the artwork. Rob's always taking requests, make your request here [email protected] or visit www.robertquill.com

no no! maybe i wasn't clear... I freaking LOVe it... i completely got the humor. great stuff.... sorry i took so f-ing long to clear that up, btw! :)

This is some really great stuff. Public Defender and Blonde Widow are cool. And that Dragon looks awesome!

working on anything new?
Not at the moment. I'm trying to save up enough money so that I can comfortably pay for a full blown color version of the giant jumbo sized He-Man poster from a few pages back; what you see a few pages back is just a rough draft or "proof", finishing it would require $775 dollars because of the sheer massiveness of it and the multiple characters involved in it.

I don't think the physical picture will be that much bigger than the previous ones. He actually had to draw those characters on separate scraps of paper and then put them through the computer to merge them all onto one big picture, and off the top of my head I can't give you an exact measurement.

Awesome designs, Fate. I especially like "Public Defender." That's a great superhero name!

is that a starship troopers avatar?
It's actually Corporal Dwayne Hicks, played by Michael Biehn in James Cameron's 1986 hit "Aliens", sequel to Ridley Scott's "Alien" and easily the only good Alien sequel. The Starship Troopers stories did influence the plot though, as did "Heart of Darkness" if I'm not mistaken.

That was one of two options for my Corporal Dwayne Hicks avatar at the Phoenix Gate, which you can find here http://z9.invisionfree.com/Amazing_Anime_Place/index.php?act=idx

Won't you join us at the Phoenix Gate?

ahhh... i see it now. i love that guy from terminator, aliens, and the abyss. cant believe i couldn't see it at first glance.

If there were any justice in the world, he would have been a bigger star than either Tom Cruise or Mel Gibson.

wonder if he'll be involved in any way in cameron's new movies
