Not really. I was not all that big on sweets to begin with. It was hard giving up regular soda. Especially Dr.Pepper and Wild Cherry Pepsi. The Holidays make it a bit harder. I have been given recipes that call for things like Splenda. Splenda is the best.
What is the hardest thing you would have to give up?
I truly don't love food and can't think of anything I would miss. I don't eat sweets and most of the things I drink are plain or diet. I eat healthy.. maybe the one piece of pumpkin pie I have on Thanksgiving.. giggle..
I am glad you aren't having a problem with it.
Well the majority of the things I really love I can alter. Whole grain pasta and rice. Splenda instead of sugar. Most vegtables are considered "free foods". (Little or no carbs.) I have not have had to give up pickles, jalapenios, picante sauce. I can't give those up.
