I have previously attempted using the Contact Us form but not received any response from the site staff. I have the username and e-mail address from an old account I have not used in about five years and was looking to re-access it. Is there a way I may be able to have support reset my password if I can verify enough information about the account? Thanks for reading and have a good one.
