No, that does NOT say it. That's the exact opposite of helpful Why won't it change? What error message is it giving you, if any? Can you provide a screenshot of the screen where you change your avatars?

It may not (and probably isn't) something thats wrong with the site. When people try to help you you call them rude? Thats a great way to get more help.

Because we can't fix the problem until we know exactly what the problem is. Trying it on a different browser is called a "variable", where, in this case, your account is the constant. It's called the problem solving method. Right now, we're looking at this.

X + Y + Z ≠ A​

Where X is your account, Y is your browser, Z is your settings, and A is the new avatar. Since your account is the problem, X has to remain a constant. Since Z changes with Y, we need to see if changing to a different browser fixes the problem. If it does, then we need to see the differences between Browser A and Browser B, and see what steps can be taken to have Browser A act more like Browser B [like clear cookies and such]. If it doesn't work on any browser, then we gotta check Z, your computer settings. Is there something weird set up with your computer settings? We need to go though ALL this, just to see what the problem is with your avatar, and why it won't change.

Up until this post, I have been very polite and helpful. You chose to misread it, even after Green Lantern pointed out what I was doing. Now, I COULD be incredibly rude and arrogant, if you'd like. But you wouldn't very well like me afterwards. Now, I suggest we move past this amicably.
