LOL Actually it's become a big deal to vilify Bob Kane (although mostly for not crediting Finger), yet he was a self acknowledged swiper, and admitted it plainly, he stole from the best.
That said, between Kane(or whoever was ghosting for him) and Finger (who blatantly swiped the Shadow story to put the first Batman in), plus even more obscure the Bat through the window ..."I shall become a Bat" origin, from Johnston McCulley's The Bat.
They really just reworked their favorite stuff, into one of the greatest characters ever created.

In the end, it is in fact an Awesome Image!
