I'm sorry (not really), but some of you have a weird sense of humour. Making jokes about Heath, on a Batman forum? What the hell is that?

This article annoyed the hell out of me, so I sent an e-mail to [email protected]

"Heath Ledger wasn't driven mad by Joker, says noted weirdo Christian Bale.



Although Jack Nicholson ominously said, "Well, I warned him," after Heath Ledger's death, his co-star Christian Bale doesn't believe the 28-year-old was driven mad by playing the Joker."



Nicholson was talking about pills. He explained this.



"But just because Heath wouldn't stop channeling the Joker while on the set of The Dark Knight doesn't mean he had problems."

There's no doubt that the stress of playing the Joker fatigued Heath, much like normal people being stressed out at work, but his death will forever be a mystery and trying to conjure an explanation is futile.
