I was under the impression she was roughly 18-20 years old, as she was rejected by the FBI, and the minimum age for special agents is 23. I doubt she was even 21 yet, as her father seemed to have a problem with her staying out all night (I can understand if he was worried, but the man clearly saw no reason for Babs to be out after dark. No clubbing for her).
