Looks like a mix of Azrael's "Knightfall" outfit + the Batman Beyond suit. I have no idea.. interesting, though.

that's been out for a while. i got mine about 6 months ago.

and yeah, its based on the 60's batmobile, even his "wings" have the 3 exhaust pipes on the back
