This is an add-on DLC storyline for Batman: Arkham Origins. So first you'll need to buy Arkham Origins either for console or PC.

I highly recommend it, as it's a substantial addition to the story, and a well crafted one at that.

Exactly! It's a playable version of Heart of Ice, with more time to build the story and accentuate the emotions. The way they built in Bruce's preconceptions in order to build up the tragedy of Victor Fries was beautiful.
