I've never actually seen Vol 4. I have 1-3 which is amazing, but it looks like the quality really went to crap in Vol 4.

Yeah I just checked it out on Youtube to see if I could be totally sold on it. And it is fugly as heck. Especially the Riddler. Scarcrow was the only step up.

Apart from a few questionable... well pretty bad design choices and a few bad scripts... there are some fantastic stuff to be found on volume 4.

Out of 24 episodes... I'd say there are only 3 or 4 that are truly bad. And even then, they are more than watchable.

This collection? Probably. The only places I could see having it are Barnes and Noble or Borders but they've really shrunk their DVD sections (at least the ones I've been to). I don't think you'll find it cheaper in stores.
