Who does Batman report to? The commissioner and ultimately the mayor. Who does Superman report to? It's no one we know. It's no one we have any insight into. He just behaves in whatever way he wants, and so at the end of day, what might matter is the public reception of the superhero's conduct. If Batman executes our wishes in the city, and Superman does what the hell he wants, that's a conflict.

it belongs to suicide squad and is independent from the BvS movie.

I am not doubting Jared Leto to be able to play a deranged maniacal Joker completely insane, but I have the strongest of doubt this joker would fit in the Zack Snyder Batman/Superman universe.

I think J.L. would be a decent 'origins' joker.
still, i don't think anybody can ever beat how Ledger put that iconic Joker in history books.

I could agree that Heath did not play the deranged lunatic joker, but heath's joker was far more gritty and fitting imho.

as for the actual picture, it's interesting and scary to see. psycopathic maniacal crazyhead that loses it's mind. i kinda dig the idea of the hahahhahaha tattoo, but i see it as a missed opportunity they didn't put the hahahahahah as razor blade cut marks instead. now that would have made him insane and scary on a whole new level, just imagine delibaretly cutting hahahahhaha in your body.
apart from that, he looks more like a flipped junkie, which i don't really like to see in the joker to be honest.

Lawyers are involved. The lawyers from the WB send the lawyers from the SHH a cease and desist order. If the SHH does not comply....it gets sued. Guess who has the more money to pursue a lawsuit? The WB will also retaliate by banning people representing the SHH format attending behind the scene set visits they do want sites to cover, and will not include us in official releases. The biggest thing that has come up within the last year is....they have threatened individual posters on here with copyright violations of their materials....in other words, their lawyers tell our lawyers to warn/infract/probate/ban specific Hype posters from our site, or the site will be gigged by them. If we do not remove what they want us to remove....it can be bad for individual posters on here.
