Or maybe this'll be in the beginning of the movie, showing Supes saving people in a random country on the other side of world and interfering in an armed conflict, making the US govt (and Batman) nervous when he's in territory that an 'American' shouldn't be in.

Forgive me for my ignorance everyone but just double checking, is Morocco one of the lucky places on Africa that's been more relatively safe from recent terrorist activities? Just wanting to see/make sure if the cast and crew will be safe during their long period filming there.

...Morroco is fine. Especially Casablanca, these are tourist attracting places.

Thanks for the info. Again, apologies for my ignorance. I've been hearing a lot of bad things (well more bad things than usual) taking place around that region but wasn't sure exactly where specifically so I though I would ask.

I've heard some of the news too, it's reasonable to be worried, but those particular places where they plan to film should be fine.
