Hey guys, I saw Superman Returns the second time to pay attention to detail. And I noticed something great. I don't remember how far into the movie i was but when superman saved the airplane and spaceship from crashing, and superman got all the attention on the news a black (woman) news reporter said "Superman has been saving lives everywhere in the world from Metrapolis to GOTHAM CITY." I dont know if its a clue or not i just thought it was a kool piece of info.

I was watching the news the other day and I learned that we landed on the moon in 1969.

And you know why? Because most people will never know anything beyond what they see with their own two eyes.:p

in superman returns, jason is also wearing aquaman pajamas....maybe they're making superman vs. aquaman!

No, they are going to make a Superman Returns/Entourage crossover.

that doesn't mean it's a better film.

so is the Batman.

there was a similar thread in the Superman forums. I really don't see why some people are so amazed by this. they did the exact same thing in Batman Forever.

Entourage sucks. I have this friend who keeps saying "they should make an Aquaman movie directed by James Cameron." "I tell him 'That's fine, as long as that guy from entourage doesn't play Arthur.' " "And he says "I think he could do it" and I say "You don't know nearly enough about Aquaman and you're far to gay for entourage to make that judgement"

Didn't said it did - however it was mentioned that Batman needed Superman to make money in the box office, that would be incorrect.

lol, I have never seen more than 15 min of that show - I wasn't impressed though.

About Superman Returns: I think a scene with Batman watching from his cave, sitting comfortably in his chair, in front of a whole lot of monitors and computers in his Bat-Cave would have been cool.
Just 2 seconds, nothing more than that....and just show Batman from the back if you want.

The moment for that? When the "Superman rescues everyone news report" montage starts on the telly.

A "Hmm..." from Batman would have been aaah...too sweet.

That being said, although I am a Batman kinda guy, I loved Superman Returns as well as the Gotham nod...and if they can manage a great script and appearances by both Bale and Routh (and only after doing 2 or 3 movies as Bats and Supes respectively), a "World's Finest" movie would be great

Just throwing this out there, but how cool would it be, if in the middle of the next Superman film, with absolutly NO prior warning or indication, Batman just freakin' shows up, for like one scene. I know it would probably never happen, but I was just thinking how cool it could be.

I have no idea how they'd work it in either. Perhaps Wayne could be visiting Metropolis (Lois and Jimmy run off to a press conference of his). Then something goes down, perhaps Metallo attacks or something (not the main vllain) and Batman shows up to help out. After the fight, Superman tries to look through Batman's mask to discover his identiy, only to find out that it's made of lead.

Also, i'd love to see Clark Kent in the next Batman. If there's any scene at all in the movie where reporters might be present, Brandon Routh needs to be there as Clark. Perhaps Bruce could even give him a funny look as he walks by (seriously, that disguise may fool everyone else, but this is the goddamn Batman we're talking about).
