Bay was the one that made her a celebrity and she decided to thank him by those comments she made. But i do believe her when she said that Bay made her do degrading things to cast her (like washing his car), so i understand her resentment.
Also, i am wondering what she did to piss off the crew during the production of the TF films that the article claims.

But in the end, she is a horrible actress who should be thankful to be so successful. I dont think she should die though. Perhaps recast the role with someone who Bay can work with.
Or maybe recast Bay himself. Get JJ Abrams.

Thanks! I really feel that that video is a big improvement to my other video game videos. The other ones seemed to drag on too much both in length and pacing. I think I'm getting closer to the formula I need to achieve for my videos but I still need as much feedbacks as possible to reach that point.

Megan Fox is nothing i my book, a horrible actress who only has looking like a dirty ***** going for her. She's also a scummy person so as far as I'm concerned, run over her in the next one. Make it visceral and painful and long and drawn out. She doesn't bring anything to the role or the film so why keep her around.

She's a main character in that she is one of few humans, she isn't anything/doesn't do anything in the movie besides pout and dress skimpy. Why the face?! A better actress might have been given a more well-defined character but I think Bay understands that her current role is all she could pull off (besides her clothes). Just think how much better it would have been had they got a female lead that could actually be a lead. There are after all pretty females that can act.

Michael Bay has never conceived any of his 'lead' females as anything more than eye-candy so why hire a better actress?

Bay has had a lot of good actresses in lead roles in his films so I will pretend that statement was an accident. Granted sometimes they are hot but then Fox isn't hot so what was the point? Can't act and isn't hot, just seems pointless.

Bay may have had some good actresses in his previous films. But they were always and I do mean ALWAYS eye candy. Slow-motion shots of them getting out of cars. Looking teary-eyed into the sky and/or television hoping their man will come home. Breathing in the tight jeans and cleavage.

He is notorious for objectifying women as nothing but sex toys and that is why most of the actresses he worked with hate him. What was Tea Leoni's role in Bad Boys but to be a piece of meat for Will Smith? Did Liv Tyler do anything in Armageddon beyond looking hot and PG-13 "intimate scenes" or stand dutifully by the TV crying for daddy and/or Ben Affleck? Did Kate Beckinsale do anything in Pearl Harbor besides look hot and stand by the radio for her baby's daddy and/or Ben Affleck?

Actually Bay and Beckinsale had a big little spat when Bay said Beckinsale wasn't sexy and that led to some friction post-PH.

None of them ever come back to work with him for a reason. Just because he has had talented actresses like Leoni, Tyler and Beckinsale in his movies, doesn't mean he used them for anything more than something for guys to stare at.

Fox is the first to work with him multiple times. I'd bet that is very grating. She isn't a very good actress and has a huge ego, but she doesn't like bull **** and from what I understand, that is what comes from Bay at all times. Especially to the women he casts (making Fox wash your car in a bikini to get the role? That's just creepy and repulsive).

Oh well.

Any director that has a beautiful woman in his film will want to maximize her exposure (not expose her), while I don't think Megan Fox or Liv Tyler or a few other Bay girls are hot, he does show them off in his films like most other directors also. For a girl as vacant as Megan Fox, she should feel blessed that she even gets to do that. She can't act so all she has going for her is the dirty ***** pout and parading around.

I never saw Liv Tyler as eye candy but then that's just me. Kate Beckinsale is a good actress and I don't feel Pearl Harbor objectified her, it was just a weak script with the whole love triangle BS. Put Kate in any scene and people will think she is being objectified, she's a beautiful woman on screen.

I don't doubt that there may have been friction, I'm sure that is the case on a lot of sets, not just with Bay. Is he a tool, maybe, that isn't really in question. I enjoy his films (even though the last handful have been less than great) and give him credit where credit is due. He made Megan Fox, she will eventually just fall by the wayside.

So love him/hate him, love her/hate her, he's going to be around longer. People really have to get tired of her at some point. I just can't believe it's taken this long.

Well athere is the wandering eye theory feminists use against male directors, but Bay doesn't just maximize a woman's beauty or sex appeal which goes back to the day of 1920s movie stars, but that is all he uses his women for. They are always poorly written and never given anything to do but be displayed as an object for male fantasy. Particularly teenage boy fantasy. They are never given anything to do, even the good actresses, but sit there for the camera to water over them. AS you say Beckinsale had nothing to do but look pretty in Pearl Harbor and then Bay insults her afterwards. As for the whole Megan Fox thing. Though she may not be a good actress, she still had to wash a man's car half naked for a role and then look at how she is introduced in TF2. Leaned over with her rear end hanging out of short shorts on a motorcycle. Even in summer blockbusters meant to sell sex appeal, did Favreau objectify Paltrow that way in her earliest scenes or actually ever in the film? What about the girl in Star Trek or Rachel in Nolan's Batman movies? While none of these are particularly well written roles or nearly as dynamic as the main character, they are all fleshed out human, sincere female characters and none of them are sold as vapidly as Bay does.

Oh well.
