Ben Grimm image question for any artists

I came across these two images online, can't remember where, and wondered if someone out there can tell me how to enlarge them without distorting the quality? I've tried with Adobe Photoshop and, because of their size, they really blur and loose clarity. Thanks!

What you have is what you got. I know of no program that can enlarge while it sharpens. Does anyone else?

You can retrace the first one in adobe ilustrator, ill take like an hour cause its a really simple image, the second one is harder
