Best Blockbuster of the 90's!

Best Blockbuster of the 90's!?

Jurassic Park is the only movie I've seen more than 5 times in the theatre.

The list just reminded me how the highly praised blockbusters from these days suck compared to those in 90s. I rewatched some of those in like past year or so and was surprised how much better written these film were compared to the recent stuff. Fricking Independence Day script was way more layered and intricate than any Wonder Woman or Black Panther or whatnot.

I can't vote, I mean even when something like Forrest Gump is so fantastic you could easily argue it's one of the best films ever, I enjoy so many 90s blockbusters so much I cannot put 1 clearly above the others.

Plus where's The Rock??? A quintessential 90s action blockbuster.
Or even Con Air or Stargate?

HR will you be creating a 2000's and 2010's as well and then have each decade winner against each other ? (Please make it so)

The 80's and 90's are really my decades but sure, I'll do the other 2 as well and then the 4 winners can face off in a battle to the death! :D:

Obviously those movies didn't get enough votes to be in the poll.

This is tough between Terminator 2, Jurassic Park and Independence Day. But, the fact that I personally saw Independence Day 10 times in the theater (only other movie that matched that would be the very first TMNT movie) plus I love the world of aliens, gives ID4 a leg up. Second would be Jurassic Park, and third T2 (Sarah Connor persona would shape me to be a strong woman later on in life)

I voted T2.
My top 3 would be...

1. T2
2. Matrix
3. The Lion King
