So far who do you think about the best fighters in the MCU right now, and are there any fighters of Marvel you would love to see in the MCU?

Fighters based off skills and technique?
- Cap, Widow, Winter Soldier, Gamora, Agent May

Based off being able to beat the ever-loving s*** out of people?
- Thor, Kurse, Ronan

Based purely on spunk?
- Daredevil, Hawkeye

I'd say that's a pretty good rationale. I'd add one more category.

Based on who'd make you wet yourself if you had to face him?
- The goddamn Hulk

Captain America is the best fighter hands down until Iron Fist comes around.

I'd say Cap is the best fighter within the MCU thus far, TWS proved that. After Cap would be Black Widow, easily. Though I suspect this will most definitely change up with characters like Black Panther being introduced.

Oh yeah I completely forgot about Panther. He'll be possibly above Cap no doubt.

I hope they actually show that he is better than Cap.

In terms of just fighting I would say Cap, Widow, the Winter Soldier, Thor, Ronan, and Gamora.

10. Georges Batroc
9. Nebula
8. Bobbi Morse
7. Matt Murdock
6. Melinda May
5. Nobu
4. Bucky Barnes
3. Gamora
2. Steve Rogers
1. Natasha Romanoff

For non-enhanced, Daredevil and Black Widow are tops.

I assume Black Panther will be close to Cap, who is by far the best hand to hand fighter in the MCU so far.

Cap, Black Widow and Daredevil are my tops. May's good but i don't think she's beating those three in a fight.

I actually would kind of prefer if Black Panther didn't have the physical power of Cap, and instead had more emphasis on the benefits of his advanced gadgetry.

Anyway, if we stick with non-powered fighters ( or those with non-combat powers ), I'd say the Black Widow is the best so far. Daredevil is good, but he takes a lot more beating in the process. Its really tough to make judgement calls beyond that, because its tough to disentangle how much capability is from skill versus powers. This is doubly so with mystic martial arts types, where its the skill itself that grants the powers.

You also have to take in the fact that Widow and DD are in almost completely different worlds. BW is in Avengers movies which will certainly not show her getting beat up or bloodied, and they're not very realistic. Daredevil, on the other hand, strikes a very realistic tone and actually shows him getting hurt. So it's not exactly a fair comparison.

The best way to compare them is to compare the actual fight technique, and I think DD's is superior. The flips, the roundhouse kicks, the overall prowess is just better than BW's. Then again, even that isn't a fair comparison because it could just be that Daredevil has better fight choreography in general.

I'm thinking Widow's the best. We've seen Widow when she's taking on normal-level guys in Iron Man 2, and the beginning of Avengers, and there was, to say the least, tons of flipping and roundhouse kicks. I think since then she hasn't really *fought* anyone, so it's hard to see her fighting prowess in, say, Age of Ultron when she's running and gunning on a bunch of robots who are both tougher and less skilled than HammerTech security or local Hell's Kitchen street toughs. We don't really see her fight in Cap 2, unless you count her quick move in the councilwoman's miniskirt.

For raw skill, I'd put her above Cap, who is legendarily juiced. I'd put Bucky just below as he's on the same juice with that doggone arm and gets whalloped by Cap in the hand to hand bits. Though Bucky's midrange (gadget use, close quarters gunplay) is peerless. I think DD is on par with Cap, he just doesn't have the juice, both literally and figuratively. I think May, Gamora, Bucky, Bobbi, and Nebula, Batroc and other really hardcore fighters are all somewhere there in third place tied, each with their own strengths. I hope Black Panther will be Widow's skill level with a little homemade juice of his own.

There are a host of villains (Crossbones) and powered folks (Thor) who rate somewhere or other.

I can't decide between Captain America, Black Widow, and Daredevil. Thor's also a great fighter as shown in his first movie when he took down Shield agents while powerless. I'm interested to see what they do with Black Panther and Spider-Man.

And the hilarious thing, considering, so far, BW wouldn't hesitate to kill, while DareDevil would!

In terms of characters introduced: Definitely Cap, Black Widow, and Daredevil.

In terms of who's to come: Black Panther and Iron Fist should be a touch above all of them.
