Umm you could look it at like that, although he did pose some threat since he knew (or atleast had a good idea) Bruce was giving Terry Hints and tips, since he beats Terry up and says "Im sure your watching this Bruce". I could be wrong there since I haven't watched it in awhile.

He does. It's either before or after he tries to blow him up in the mansion.

Also, I need to see Return of the Joker again. I've only seen it once.

I just love MotP and RotJ Jokers. Hamill was great in them, but basically they're the same to a degree. ROTJ was more creepy though.

That reminds me of Mark Hamill as the Trickster in the Flash tv show. Such a blatant rip off of The Joker mixed with a dash of the Riddler.
