Best Pre-MCU Action Sequences

What are your favorite pre-MCU action sequences? There's plenty of strong contenders.

Mine are:

1) White House Attack (X2)
2) Train Fight (Spider-Man 2)
3) Russian Fight (The Punisher)
4) Mansion Raid (X2)
5) Blood Rave Fight (Blade)


Not the biggest fan of The Punisher but I do love that fight scene.

I am partial to "Hulk vs the Army" in the Ang Lee Hulk movie. Best Hulk action scene until Avengers.

Agree with the White House attack, the Punisher's fight with the Russian, and Hulk vs the Army.

I would also submit the Green Goblin's attack on the World's Unity Fair in Spider-Man (2002), and pretty much the entirety of the fight at the Statue of Liberty in X-Men (2000). To a lesser extent, I also like the Human Torch's chase scene with the heat-seeking missile in Fantastic Four (2005).
