Hi, I wanted to know how bigbadtoystore.com works, if it´s a trusted website, any opinions about it...

I want to buy a Hot Toys´ figure and I wanna make sure of all before, because they´ll have to ship it to Spain...

I've dealt with them once and it was Great.Ordered a case of the Neca TMNT line and I received in a timely fashion.So in my experience yea they're great.

I've ordered from BBTS quite a bit. They're my main online shop currently. They have a fantastic "Pile 'O Loot" feature that is unmatched by other online toy retailers.

I've used the a couple times, and had the stuff shipped to Canada, I've had no problems.

I'm just posting a warning to be careful with this company. They claimed they delivered my package but it never arrived. I tracked it to a completely different address and they claim I entered it, and effectively told me there was nothing they could do. So be wary about ordering from them.

Ordered there a few times. no problems. Hard to get preorders because often they go quickly.
