Boss Biggis from Batman TAS

You all know that fat slob from the episode "The Forgotten"?

He looks almost like B-movie actor Pat Ryan Jr. and his characters from the roles he played in Street Trash, Class of Nuke'Em High and his Mayor character from The Toxic Avenger.

Who else thought the same thing?

Wow. Class of Nuke'em High. I thought I was the only one in the world that had ever been terrified by that monster.

Note the resemblance.

I guess Bruce Timm and Paul Dini loved Class of Nuke'Em High and The Toxic Avenger and modeled Biggis after the actor who played in those 2 Troma movies.

I watched both Class and Toxic the same year Batman aired when i was 11 and thought of the same actor when i saw the character.
