trust me, my lawyer is going after them like no one's business... this case is so cut a dry.... they tried settling out of court... I was offered over 7 figures, close to 8 to settle now....

Maybe the pain will be worth it for that much, especially if you recover well.

I have some feeling in my legs, which is a great sign, but I will never be like I was. and that's the thing.. I was a very active person.. and if I can't regain feeling in my legs tottaly, who knows what other part down there might be effected ..... if they bump it up to 15... we will except... otherwise we will take them to court........

Just think, if you weren't driving a glorified tin can at the time, you probably wouldn't be nearly as hurt. And I hope his(or the company's) insurance and not yours is shelling out that dough. Otherwise, they'll drop you after the next one, your fault or not.
