I'm really digging the pic of Ken! My only crits with it are: the black outlines of the right fist under the flame are giving the fire a muddy look. Don't be afraid to pump up the strength of the fire to the point where you can barely see that hand underneath. The hand isn't what's important, the flame is.

The other thing bothering me is your transition from dark to light red on the outfit. It looks like you used a soft blender with too strong of an opacity. It looks good on the top half of the outfit, and fits with the lighting, but the pants seem to have too much shading with the reds; the right knee especially. The shading on his knee doesn't need to be that intricate, it's drawing to much attention. I think if you shaded it like a normal rounded object and simplified it, it would compliment the rest of the picture much better.

The Venom pic is nice, too! Can't wait to see more!
