Newly-single pop star Britney Spears is searching for a new home in Miami, Florida according to media reports in the US. The singer filed for divorce from husband Kevin Federline earlier this month and is allegedly looking to make a fresh start with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. The former couple's mansion in Malibu, California is on the market for $13.5 million and the singer is reportedly ready to spend twice that amount on a new home in Florida. According to American publication Star, Spears has been shopping for houses in the Miami-area with price tags around the $29 million mark. Spears has also reportedly paved her way for a comeback, negotiating a 20-week performance contract at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
