Starting Wednesday, July 23, Peacock Premium Plus, which allows viewers to stream mostly without ads, will go up $3 to a monthly charge of $16.99; Peacock Premium Plus’ annual price will in turn rise from $139.99 to $169.99.

Peacock Premium, which has ads, also will increase $3 to $10.99 per month, or $109.99/year (up from $79.99).

If Peacock is simply getting too rich for your blood, the streamer is going to be quietly testing an ad-supported “Select” tier that fetches a mere $7.99/month and affords access to next-day streaming of NBC and Bravo programs, week-daily Days of Our Lives episodes and “a broad assortment of library titles” (as Vulture puts it)… but no Peacock originals (such as Poker Face or The Traitors), no NBC Sports programming, and no streaming movie premieres (e.g. M3GAN 2.0, where are you?!).

Nexstar and Sinclair (who are trying to buy up all the TV broadcast stations in the United States and merge together eventually for a monopoly) are still blocking Kimmel from airing though Disney is beginning to broadcast tonight.
