Hello to all fellow Hype members. I signed up here last year, but have not been around as much as I would like to be. Life has been crazy. Work, school, etc.
I know that there are some very talented artists on here and I'd like to ask for some help with something I'm working on. Over the last few years, I've been working on a screenplay. It's been a rough road, but I think that it is finally at the point that it needs to be at. I'm very happy with it and I am planning to try to get it out there and, hopefully, in the hands of someone who can try to do something special with it. Don't tell me what the odds of it happening are. I'm aware. But nobody ever did anything by not trying. I have a lot of faith in this project and I do believe that it will fly.
Before I send this thing out, I want to try to get something started for it on the internet, to try to gain it some momentum. These will be short stories, probably about fifteen pages long, that will act as a prequel, in parts, to the real story. It will be written, as I said, but I feel like I need some sort of an image that accompanies the project. Perhaps in the style of a movie poster, or a drawing of the characters of the story. I don't know. Just something that can "represent" the project.
This is where you come in. I cannot draw, paint, whatever to save my life. I don't have much money (I'm a writer, remember?), but I am going to try to work something out for anyone who can help me out with this. I don't want to release many details about the story here, but if you're interested in helping me out, please shoot me a PM and we'll discuss it. I guarantee that you will receive full credit for your work and, who knows, maybe you will become a major part of something that I think could be a pretty big deal.
