Can someone help me with a manip? please

I'm trying to turn Scarlett Johansson into Black Cat so I can put her in my SM4 manip but I don't know how to make a shiny mask like she has in the comics. Also I'm not sure how to change hair color. I want it to be lighter/whiter. Also could u add her choker.

It is not as hard as it looks to change hair color. First you need to select just her hair and lighten it with your level control. Once you have done that add a new layer over the main one and set the blend mode to color. that should give you the effect you want.

or just pm me what you have so far and I can do it.
