To me it seems obvious that in a couple of years they'll have a Canaries TV show. I'll say 2 years. Maybe Arrow's last season will lead to a Canaries show. Quite the team you'd have.

Dinah Drake
Sarah Lance
Black Siren
Possibly the Al'Ghul sisters.

Would you guys be down with this?

That doesn't seem obvious, or even likely at all to me.

Could see a Birds of Prey show happening with a similar line up. I want them to bring the Huntress back too

I could see a Birds of Prey show before a Canaries show.

Unless the CW cancels a few superhero shows I don't see where it would be put. CW is already picking up the Black Lightning series now that Fox has rejected it. And I doubt any other network would want such a limited interest show.

Pretty sure no one was interested in a Green Arrow show before it debuted.

Seriously, big no to Huntress, and just as big a no to Black Siren. They *are not heroes*. They are unrepentant villains with giant piles of innocent corpses in their wake.

I hope they simply pull another Dinah Drake. Just introduce a new Huntress. Then get them off Arrow before Guggenheim has a chance to ruin them and stick them into a Birds of Prey spin-off show.

Disagree. There were plans on doing a Green Arrow spin-off even while Smallville was airing. Green Arrow was a popular character on Smallville.

Yeah that's not going to be very good i'll take a hard pass on that happening.

I doubt it would work.

Perhaps a spinoff centred round Sara Lance might have worked 3-2 years ago but now she's on Legends it wouldn't work anymore.

Why wouldn't it work now? I am curious? What's preventing this from happening? No writers? No directors?

If they do a spin-off, I hope its called Birds of Prey (no, not that 2002 series one). Today, there's too many male action solo/team-up superhero show now. We need things to balance it out a little bit. There's Supergirl, but that's about it.

My ideal team would be:

Black Canary
White Canary
Huntress
Katana
Barbara Gordon (Oracle)??
Lady Blackhawk?? (Maybe as a transportation driver?)

That's it. Don't want too many, otherwise I think it would require a huge budget. And have it set in a different city, maybe Platinum Flats, CA? Also keep Marc Guggenheim off this show, the last thing we need for him to come in and destroy it all over again. Probably get Gail Simone involved in this project too.

If they plan on being in the same universe as all the other CW shows, then I guess, they will have to bring back the original cast (Katie Cassidy, Caity Lotz, etc) to reprise their roles. But if it is indeed separate, then I wouldn't mind a new actress casting in it.

I'm not against the idea but the CW is already kind of bloated with superhero shows. Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl is more than enough. Those four shows are already the crux of their lineup.
