Can't log into the Hype on cell

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my LG G3. For whatever reason (this just started today), I can't log into the Hype from my phone. I type in my username and password and click the sign in button, but nothing happens. It just stays on the sign in page. I was able to log in yesterday and the day before and so on, but this morning it wouldn't work and it hasn't worked all day.

Tried clearing the cache?

If the cell has one anyway. I don't know cell phones.

i was going to recommend clearing the cache as well. if you reload that page, does it ask you to sign in again or are you signed in?

I'm always using a phone to access the hype and my browser is Google Chrome. If you don't use it, give it a try or if you already do, try Opera.

My connection sometimes gets busy and I have the same problem but with other websites, there's that. Try to disconnect and connect.

You can use Clean Master to clean any cache that might be messing with the browser and the phone as a whole, like other suggested.

Just what sometimes happens to me, might help with your case.

It would ask me to sign in again.

Clear the cache and try it once again. There was similar issue with me i have done the same thing the i was able to log in.
