It was about this modern day urban Tarzan. He was so weird and neuroticthat he was sent to a type of rehab. He met this big girl there who was so senstive about her weight that if you uttered any word related to weight she would scream and cry. When he was told and warned to be careful of her, he said hello to her. She freaks out when he does talk to her, but they fall in love. So after this they end up becoming close and eventually lovers. His relationship with her helps her overcome her extreme mental trauma with her weight issues and learns to accept her body the way is. Then later in the film they get in trouble, I can't remember why, and they're running away from there people. Him being skinny he squeezes through what I think were these iron bars or little gap. His girlfriend tries but she's too big. Then he says "Yes you can! You have to THINK that you're thin! She's suddenly this really slim beautiful woman She ends up getting a career in singing because her new appearance is taken more seriously and also she is far more confident.

..and for a second I thought you were talking about Greystoke

Are you sure it wasn't a TV show pilot?

So, was he really Tarzan or did he just think he was?
