Cant Remember Name of upcoming Sci-Fi movie! Help!

Awhile ago I saw a preview for a new sci-fi movie that looked really interesting but I cant for the life of me remember the name.

It was about an event that takes place once a year every year on earth. These creatures appear at night and if they catch you they take you. The preview showed a world covered with warning signs telling you to hide and lock up before they appear.

I was really interested in this movie but cant remember the name or where i saw the trailer. If anyone can help I would REALLY appreciate it.

It's not a real movie just yet. From what I read, this promo trailer was used as a pitch which was then picked up by Universal.
