Captain America vol. 2 #1 Question

Woulda put this in the Varient's thread, but search can't seem to locate it. Anyways, I seem to be finding some discrepency with how many variants Cap v2 #1 has and which designation they are and was wondering if anyone can help clear it up.

Lone Star comics has the white cover with Cap running as #1A, and Cap leaping with the flag background as 1B.

Mile High has the white cover with Cap running as 1A, Cap standing as 1B, Cap leaping with the flag as 1C and the alternate flag color as 1D.

Then Comics Price Guide has Cap and the flag as 1A, Cap and the alternate flag as 1B, Cap running as 1C and Cap standing as 1D.

So, which designations are the right one? Or are they all off?

cap leaping is the original cover, cap running is a varient. alternate flag coloring is the first reprint, and cap standing is the second.
