So, say The History Channel announced they would be doing a series of massive scripted specials chronicling the history of The World, America, and other individual nations as well. This theoretical history spectacle would have access to the best the business has to offer in effects, actors, etc...

Therefore, what would you do if placed in charge of one of these specials? What key events would you feel necesary to include, what actors do you think would be perfect to play historical figures? (For example, I think Jeff Bridges would make a great Teddy Roosevelt)

I would do the chinese exclusion act with Jon voght as Chester a Arthur
