Is the Goblin Harry or is he Norman?

The actions taken by Harry in this episode seem to imply it's him, but everything that the Goblin did is on Norman's to-do list. Interesting.
 
Best Green Goblin ever!

I told you guys to not worry about the whole accent thing, the voice work for Goblin was outstanding! I'm gonna watch it again, this is my 2nd favorite episode! I knew they wouldn't let us down, I can't believe people had their doubts?

I'm just wondering if Harry really is the Green Goblin, at the end he was still in his tux with punch all over it, what do you guys think?

Can't wait for the Doc Ock episode next week!

This show is phenomenal and does Spider-Man justice.
 
I got the impression in the end when we saw Harry that it had to be Norman in the suit.
 
As for todays episode i thought it was pretty sweet. Its cool they were keeping gobby's id secret to everyone and for us viewers making us think it possibly could be harry since we see him with/take the goblin forumla. Also on the goblin forumla label i thought it was a nice nod to the comics of it saying green goblin forumla 1964 the year in the comics old gobby showed up. As for the fights with gobby and spidey i thought they were pretty good and action was great. It was cool seeing john jameson so soon, since the cc article was mentioning he was showing up in ep 9 and i didnt expect him today. Overall good episode and cant wait to see next episode with doc ock.
 
yea it has to be norman since he was going after bigman and all that from what we known harry doesnt know anything about big man and only has seen hammerhead.

It's Norman. They put that little scenario to try to trick the older fans who think it'll be Norman but they won't change it. Something will go down with Harry eventually though, and I love how it's like an addiction to him now. Just like the drugs in a later storyline.

Anyway, I am glad Green Goblin was done justice. By far, the best animated episode IMO. The movements, especially when Spidey was dodging Gobby's laser attacks, that was just...awesome. Green Goblin DIDN'T SOUND LIKE AN IRISH DUDE. He sounded exactly like how I wanted him to...sinister. His laugh was ACE. Blum's laugh of GG is to Hamil's laugh of Joker IMO.The costume was spotless,too. Only thing I would've toned down was the Pumpkin fanny pack but other then that, I like it more then the original. Great story, Spidey protecting Tombstone was exactly what Tombstone wanted...and he got it...for free. MJ sounded excellent, although I'm not too sure the voice matches the design too well but whatever.

Loved this line:
(Green Goblin flips over building and lands on glider)
Spidey: "Wow...just.......wow"

They're going to do what the 90's show did I bet. Spidey will think GG is Harry.
 
Do we know if MJ is supposed to be a regular on the show now? I love Gwen, but Spider-Man is nothing without his Mary Jane.

And Green Goblin is Norman Osborn, definitely. Harry doesn't know anything about the Big Man or anything like that. And if he was the GG, he would have probably attacked the fall formal. What I don't get, however, is Norman's sudden shift to insanity. Maybe something that will be explored later in flashbacks?
 
I THINK GOBBY IS NORMAN AND THIS EPISODE FREAKING ROCKED!!!:D:up:
 
How was Gobby's theme music? Does he have super strength like the original comics?
 
Just watched it. This show is literally SPECTACULAR! Next episode sounds awesome as well, can't wait to see Dock Ock! :up:
 
I think they want us to believe the Goblin is harry but I'm betting its Norman. Harry was probably drinking that stuff as a means to escape the grief he felt when Glory left Kenny.

And Gwen left the gym upset. Eddie is mad at Peter. Nice way to advance that subplot that's going on.
 
still waiting for the epsiode, btw dumb move on the Cw's part to join 4kids tv.
honestly "The CW 4kids"? total freakin BS. stupid name too. they should just leave it as Kids WB, and i swear if 4kids' evil tenticles manage to wiggle their way to SS-M and change anything(especially the time it comes on beacuse kids wb is always switching air times for shows) i will go insane!

I wish WB had never become the CW. And 4Kids sucks... so Saturday morning cartoons will go down the crapper completely. And SSM comes on at 6:30 & 8:00 AM here.
 
The label on the formula said GOBULIN GREEN, not Goblin, I'm pretty sure. Anyway, GG came off a lot better when moving than he does in the pictures. Really great work, and I'm glad they let Peter be happy at the end with MJ. I'm surprised there wasn't fallout between him and Gwen though.
 
actually we dont even know if it is going to be staying on cw for season 2, in the podcast greg mentioned they have no network for season 2 so its possible cw might not be the home of the season for season 2+.

That fallout is probably on the way. Gwen looked pretty hurt when she saw MJ. Poor kid.
 
When MJ & Peter arrived at the dance, that was pretty much the reaction I hoped the other people would have, haha.:up:
 
LOL it just started i love the "Hey! did rip your costume? Lay of the threads emerald elf!!"
and peter's classmates expression when they see him with MJ! LOL!

oh wow , i was wondering who petes' professor would be from the comics, I should have known it would be professor Miles Warren..really starting to wonder what the future holds in terms of the stroy for this series..
